Above are just a few names of some of the crap we get fed while incarcerated. The patty (⇧) on the orange tray would be a good exaple of a breakpad or scooby snack. They are trash. The food that every prisoner gets three times per day in here is known as MAINLINE. Being locked up, we’ve broken laws to be here, but some of the food they serve us, shouldn’t even be served to animals! Not to say that every mainline is terrible, but most of them aren’t good, and thats what we get fed everyday.

The picture on the right is a lower bunk (that has had all of the paint stripped off of it) and is now used to fry or cook the meat and bell peppers above by having a fire going underneath.

In here, you need to have a job, a hustle, or have some people looking out for you on the streets to kick in if you want to eat anything decent.

When we cook, we create meals. That word “creation” was used because that’s literally what we do. All we have in here is maybe a microwave, and hopefully a hot pot. To get anything like real cheese or fresh vegetables, we have to get them smuggled back from the kitchen, and we buy commissary food, which is way over processed and usually unhealthy, yet we jump at the bit for it, spending pretty much all we got, order after order. Yet that’s the price we pay for that little taste and feeling of freedom we get from making our creations.
